What is Reiki?

Reiki is a hands-on energy healing technique that allows access to the divine flow of life force energy. I act as a channel for this life force energy to flow through me to you to help unblock stuck energies, reduce stress, promote relaxation and restore balance.

Reiki has been observed to help lower heart rate and blood pressure, ease muscle tension, and support the body’s natural regenerative processes. Emotionally, it can assist in unblocking stuck energy, facilitating the release of stress, anxiety and other overwhelming emotions. Some clients also notice enhanced clarity, improved sleep and a greater sense of calm and focus.

Offerings

  • The Reiki itself will take around 1 hour. We will have a chat before and after, so please allow 2 hours for your appointment.

    It is best not to have to rush off to work or any social engagements after your healing.

  • Reiki works beyond space and time and it is possible to send someone Reiki from a distance.

    I will send Reiki for around 30 to 45 minutes, whatever feels right. So please allow 1 hour for your appointment.

Meet Carley

Through the gentle and powerful flow of Reiki energy, I support you in clearing whatever comes up – be that heavy or stuck energies, tension in the body and mind, or unsettled emotions.

Each session is unique and my intention is always to honour the unfolding of your healing journey, moving at a pace that is comfortable for you and communicating clearly with you throughout the session.

It is highly important to me that you get the greatest benefit from each session and part of that means ensuring I am personally in alignment before every session.
